Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Artmux (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Artmux is an AI image generation platform that routes prompts to multiple AI models and allows users to compare and select generated images.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Content Ownership

Images generated through the Service are subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. You retain rights to your prompts. Generated images may be used for personal and commercial purposes, subject to each AI provider's usage policies.

5. Credits and Billing

Credits are deducted upon successful image generation (at least one image delivered). Failed generations are not charged. Credits do not carry over between billing periods unless they are purchased credit packs. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or exploitative content
  • Create deepfakes of real people without consent
  • Attempt to circumvent content moderation or rate limiting
  • Use the Service for spam, harassment, or malicious purposes
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract AI model weights

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Repeated content policy violations will result in permanent ban.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for AI model outages, content filter rejections, or image quality. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. GDPR Rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. Use the Settings page to export or delete your data, or contact us for assistance.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
